Return + Exchange Policy:
During our Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale going on from 11/18-11/29, anything that is over 40% off the original price is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for an exchange or refund. Anything that is 15%-39% off is refundable for a STORE CREDIT only, with an $8 shipping fee within the US, $15 shipping fee from Canada, and a $20 shipping fee from Australia.
Each product that is FINAL SALE will state it on the product. We will not accept any returns on this product. If it is over 40% off or more off of the original price it is FINAL SALE.
Price Matching:
Price matching is completely void during our Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale period from 11/18-11/29. Deals and discounts might change throughout the sale. Please note, if any pieces from your order are FINAL SALE, then we cannot cancel your order.
Shipping Times:
Shipping times during 11/18-11/29 might be delayed to 1-4 business days to ship out. Due to this delay, we are still offering the convenience of choosing Overnight Fedex shipping for all domestic orders. These orders will be prioritized if you are in a bigger rush to receive your order. We also recommend using the Buy Online, Pick Up In-store feature for our South Florida store locations if possible.
